Itinerary

• 4.30 : 5.30 p.m : pick up time from hotel/N.Cruise lobby to the motorboat(depend on how far te hotel from the motorboat dock-in front of Luxor Museum).
• 5.10 a.m Tea , Coffee and cake served on the motorboat & sail to West bank.
• 5.20 a.m Transfer to the lunch area(in front of Hatshipsut Temple).
• 5.30 a.m Take off time(45 minute on the air) depend on the weather.
• 6.15 a.m Landing (small party with crew and pilot distribute T.Shirts & Certificate as gift for the passengers).
• 6.30 a.m Transfer to Memnon colossi to meet your guide or Hotel according the Travel Agents instructions.

Customer service is the highest priority for us. Sindbad is assisted by a highly experienced crew and office staff who share their commitment to quality and service. We collect our passengers from their accommodation, escort them in our motorboats across the River Nile, then travel for ten minutes by minibus to our launch site in front of Hatshepsut temple, close the Theban Hills on the west bank of the River Nile. Sindbad started trading in September 2005 ,and has already flown several thousands of delighted passengers. Safety and high guest satisfaction is our target.

Luxor , Egypt is a Hot Air Ballooning environment, which many describe as "enchanted" and any balloon flight will be a Special event SINDBAD BALLOONS offer the highest quality at a competitive price to make an Extra Special Event .

1. Passengers must be fit enough to enter and leave the basket by Themselves, and must declare any health problem, which may be Relevant, so that we are prepared should they suffer a crisis Pregnant women should not fly. All Passengers are individuals And are treated as such . Age in itself is no drawback and accompanied children are welcome at the discretion of our pilot A range of balloons is available, carrying from four to twenty two passengers. The size of balloon chosen by the pilot will be appropriate for the conditions prevailing and size of the group.
2. Flights are available subject to weather conditions at dawn, one or two hours later, and very occasionally in the afternoon. Take off is usually from a suitable site on the West Bank, perhaps near the Ramessium or another place of historic interest again depending on prevailing weather conditions, the major influence on flight.
3. Flying directly over a particular site can not be guaranteed, but the Pilot will do his best to give an interesting flight, which will certainly be unique to the area.
4. Flights are under the control of the Local Airport tower, and radio contact is maintained during the flight. Sometimes permission is given to cross the Nile, but it is not always possible. Passengers are collected at a pre-arranged time and taken to our private launch. On board a choice of hot drinks is offered, very welcome pre-dawn. During the journey to West Bank introductions are made and many enduring friendships start.
5. On reaching the West Bank, we transfer to our mini-bus and travel to a suitable take-off site for the prevailing weather conditions of the day. The pilot will give a safety briefing to the passengers, and will be glad to answer any questions at this time.
6. The pilot is a mature, very experienced and highly qualified professional and it shows. He will use his skill and judgment within the parameters of the environment and weather conditions, to provide the type of flight most suitable for particular passengers. For example, film crews, parties of athletic young men or women, the elderly and family groups containing mixed ages and so on, all have very different needs.
7. The pilot will take everything into consideration before making his final decision on whether or not to fly. Safety considerations being the over-riding factor. Cancellations are few.
8. After the flight, if the venue is suitable, the celebration of landing may lead to dancing or singing by the local people or the crew. Photo-calls of local people or fossil hunting, according to the site, while the crew pack the balloon envelope, are certificates awarded. There are usually local people to welcome the landing and their greetings are warm and totally heartfelt. The people in the small villages close to Luxor seldom see tourists other than balloon passengers. Farmers living very simple lives are delighted to meet people from a totally different culture. In return, our passengers see a style of life that is hidden by commerce and hype to most visitors and frequently remark on the privilege of the experience. This short period of relaxation in a convivial group sets the seal of complete enjoyment.
9. Within reason, after the trip passengers are escorted locally where they wish. They may return to their accommodation or go elsewhere, perhaps to the Valley of the kings or Karnak Temple.
10. In the event of special offers, there will be no reduction in Quality. Safety should never come at price!
